importing calendar to vista from outlook

Can anyone help me how to import outlook calender to windows vista calender. If any one know how to do this Please Help....!

Here is how you can import Outlook calender to Windows Vista calender. In Outlook 2007, export the calender to a .CSV file. Then Go to my calendar on Gmail.com. Then import the .CSV file to it & then export to .ics file from it. After that go to Windows Calendar & import the .ics file to it.

Open your Outlook calendar in Outlook 2007. Choose Calendrier To send by e-mail starting from the window of navigation. Select the beach of dates and d' other options include/understand high in the file. After Outlook creates the message with l'. Ics attached file, record the files *. ics. All that remains to be made is to copy the file from your Vista computer, open l' diary and of file, l' importation.
