This problem arises because you do not have zip extractor or your existing zip extractor might not be working. I solved the issue by simply using WinRar to unzip the Zip folder.I installed WinRar and then right clicked on the Zip Folder, clicked open With... Then will need to give the appropriate location where the file resides it may be anywhere on the hard drive, then to open the zip extractor browsed to c:\program files/winrar/winrar.exe and then selected Winrar from the list of programs when it appeared!

So now i have both DOMi and Chrome List installed. When I call up "Explore Chrome..." and it Sounds like a damaged download. Try downloading the ACR plug-in again, this plug-in will safely download the zip file from the internet . File Formats folder from which I just had moved the existing 4.4 file. Where did you put it? Hopefully you deleted it altogether.

This error happens when failing to load one of the registry hives on your
machine for some reason. When downloading are you multitasking at the same time. Did you try to download with your AV disabled. Are you using Norton or MCaffe ??I would recommend running chkdsk and a disk defrag on your machine if you encounter this error, and see if that addresses the problem.
