1 Gone to cmd, running as administrator, and typing in regsvr32 jscript.dll and regsvr32 vbscript.dll to reinstall java script
2 Uninstalling and reinstalling adobe flash player
3 Closed firewalls open them again to see if you tube starts working
4 turning my avg (anti virus) on and off
5 Going to regedit and changing the ownership of the java files
6 Switching from IE7 to firefox
7 Go to www.sun.com and check if java applet is working

to solve the Flash Player/You tube issue, I found a link to the latest Adobe Flash Player Uninstaller.
    http://kb.adobe.com/selfservice/view...4157&sliceId=1

Your flash video player software needs to be updated (or has a problem and needs to be uninstalled and re-installed)

    Or
    2) You have internet security software, such as Norton anti-pop up, which is interfering with the flash video from You tube, which certain formats your internet security software considers a "pop-up" and blocks it.
So, first make sure you have latest version of your flash video software installed. Then check your security software (norton, mcaffe, firefox, etc) and start turning off the pop-up blockers one by one to see which is causing the problem

go to nortons internet security to the section for anti-pop up blocking, and turning it off, presto... you tube was working again. just use a different pop-up blocker stay cool buddy !!!!
