| Credential Manager fingerprint reader problem
I have problem with Credential manager. It stop recognizing and registering fingerprints. The problem started after upgrading, when i try to change root or change user authentication by swipe my finger over fingerprint. it says image not accepted. What has happened and what is the solution?Can anyone help!!! |

The problem with Credential Manager is related to account that you have created for first user. It must be admin account and it's created the default window user is disabled. If you check my computer > manager and in Users and Groups the Administrator user is shown as active that means user is not disabled. |

To slove the problem go to device manager and uninstall the device and re-install the native drivers or updated drivers.. Or disable. Probably there is an issue while passing the image of the fingerprint between the driver and CM. |
