    Backup / Restore with MaxBlast

Question (s) on the functioning of MaxBlast software (for those who know or use another software that works much the same). when I do an image backup of my C: drive with this software, when I check the box (C, it automatically check box Disk 1.

when I restored from backup, I do not know whether to check only the box (C. if you must also tick the box MBR and Track 0 (which automatically check box Disc 1). If someone knows when it arrangeable well, thank you in advance.

You have quite an interest in select MBR (Master Boot Record)! Otherwise, after reinstalling the C drive from the sauvegarde, it would no longer be bootable without MBR.

I never checked the MBR before restoration (both for the restoration of XP than Vista that I put on the same "space" disk). Several changes without any problem in OS .

I did not test other different restaurants but it seems to me can check MBR alone without restoring C: \ ... check! (but in this case the OS would not be restored).

I order way my office disappeared the registry, it can be due to the fact that I have not checked the MBR you believe, or it is nothing?

What do you mean by "would no longer be bootable?

Without having checked the MBR, even when Windows starts.
