How to compress FLV Files

I have many flv files with me & wanted to upload to my website But they are of near around 170MB each. this will make my website slow. so i just wanted to compress it without breaking it pixels....!

Only thing that you can make is to compress when they have been created. I am not to acquaintance of some software in a position to making it online dynamically.
