LEGACY keys cant be deleted ..(easily) . See this following :

    1) Start -> Run: regedt32 -> OK (logged on as administrator)

    2) Now to HKLM sub-window and take the key which you want deleted. Highlight it.

    3) In the Regedt32 window menu select Security -> Permissions.

    4) Change the access permissions for Everyone and/or Administrators to Full Control. Apply the settings.

    5) Repeat 1-4 for all keys you need deleted.

6)Close Regedt32 and open Regedit. Delete the keys you don't want anymore.

Note : Administrator does not have full control over the registry. There are certain keys that only SYSTEM can touch unless an admin changes the permissions.

    Download PsExec from http://www.sysinternals.com/utilities/psexec.html

First Create a folder in your C: Program Files and name it PsExec. no take the psexec file and put it in that folder .Create a batch file by opening Notepad and copying and pasting the following line into it :

    Start "" "c:\Program Files\PsExec\psexec" -i -d -s c:\windows\regedit.exe

Save the file as PsExec Regedit.bat .

When you click on the .bat file you've created it will open regedit in such a way that you should be able to delete the legacy keys

    2. These instructions remove all Oracle components, services, and registry
entries from your computer. In addition, any database files in the
subdirectories under ORACLE_BASE\ORADATA\ are also removed.

    3. These procedures will also remove Oracle network configuration files,
user written scripts and any other user generated files that may be stored
    in Oracle_Base directories.

    4. Exercise extreme care when removing registry entries. Removing incorrect
entries can severely compromise your computer.
