    Customize Outlook email list pane

I use Outlook 2007 on my Vista PC. i need to change the displayed fields of the email list pane on the right side of the Outlook window to make it display more fields in more number of lines. This is what i had seen on PC while walk. Do you guys have any suggestion of doing that ?

Re: Customize Outlook email list pane

You can do that in few simple steps, here it is :-

    • Open Outlook

    • Now click on View > Current View and click on Customize Current View option at the bottom of the list.

    • Now from the dialog box, click on the Fields option at the top

    • Here you can add or remove fields, or choose the order the fields will be displayed.

Thats it. Its really useful if you want to see a particular extra field at a glance.

Its really nice to customize the email list pane display, by doing so you could easily switch between views on the same folder.
