How to disable automatic updates in acrobat reader

Hi All!

I know this is a very simple question i am asking here but this is wat i & even many people are facing here. My question is how to disable automatic updates for Acrobat Reader...???

To decontaminate the automatic updates without having a connection Internet Normally, you can decontaminate the automatic updates for Acrobat via tool of update the preferences interface. This tool however will not function without a connection Internet. To circumvent this problem, download this register export: disableupdates.reg. If not, you can copy and stick this text in a .reg file :

Once you create or download create the folder, then double click the file. Reg file and then you click yes on the MS-DOS Editor's registration asking if you want to continue.

Here is the Step by Step solution for it. Follow the simple steps :

1. Launch Acrobat Reader
   
   
2. Click 'Edit' then 'Preferences' from the menu bar
   
   
3. Choose 'Update' from the left hand side and set the update frequency to 'Manually'
   
   
4. Click 'OK'

After you have created the *.reg, import this into your Windows Registry.
