Currently i'm having a html document with me which i need to convert it in to a jpeg file format. I had downloaded the map that i need to built on mapbuilder.net and wants it on the above forms. I had saved it directly from the internet and tried to open it in the html format. Can any body tell me that how can i convert my html file in to a jpeg file format? Does any body knows about it? Kindly provide me the correct logical solution for the above issue.

Re: Convert html document to a jpeg file format

Universal Document Converter is the most complete solution for the conversion of documents into JPEG or other graphical files. The underlying basis of Universal Document Converter is the technology of virtual printing. As a result, converting HTML file to JPEG format is not any more complicated than printing on a desktop printer. Follow the below steps to convert in to HTML file.

1. Install Universal Document Converter software onto your computer.

2. Then, Open HTML file in Internet Explorer. On main menu, go to Tools-->Internet Options-->Advanced. In Printing section check the Print Background colors and images option and press OK.

3. To remove page header and footer from output JPEG file, in main menu press File-->Page Setup. Remove any text from Header and Footer fields and press OK.

4. Press File-->Print in Internet Explorer main menu.

5. Select Universal Document Converter from the printers list and press Preferences button.

6. Select the Web-page, Web-form to JPEG, Color profile in the Universal Document Converter Printing Preferences window and press OK.

7. Press Print button to start converting. When the JPEG file is ready, it will be saved to the C:\UDC Output Files folder by default.

8. The converted document will then be opened in Windows Picture and Fax Viewer software or another viewer associated with JPEG files on your computer.

Re: Convert html document to a jpeg file format

I don't think you can convert a HTML file, because it is a text file that you can create with any text editor and save it with a name like "mypage.htm"
however, you can display an image in a html file. The simplest html file to display an image should contain the following (replace "mypicture.jpg" with the name of your image file)

Quote:
<HTML>

<HEAD>
<TITLE></TITLE>
</HEAD>

<BODY>
<IMG SRC="mypicture.jpg">
</BODY>

</HTML>
