    What is Transient Multimon Manager

I was running a dual monitor from my hp laptop. Sometime my laptop screens flickers
at the time of working. One my colleague suggested that this is due toe the
Transient Multimon Manager ( TMM ) feature in Windows Vista which makes it quiet easy
to run a dual monitor on a same system. In a course of time I had stop using a dual monitor.
I believe that it is due to the TMM service running. I want to know more about this service.
Also how to disable when i don't required and enabled it back at the time of use.
    Send suggestions.

    Select the option of Manage,
    In the computer management window

It a enhanced feature of Windows Vista Operating system. Although it is true that it delay your startup time from 1 to 4 seconds.
If you want you can manually turn on and off this feature.

Click on the Start Menu. In the Search box type Task Scheduler
    Navigate to
Task Scheduler Library > Microsoft > Windows > MobilePC
At the top click on Transient Multimon Manager
Right click on it and choose disable.

Follow the same steps to enable it if you want to use this service in future.
