Realtek HD Audio Manager in windows 7

Have the Realtek HD Audio Manager , I go to Control Panel and I click on the icon in the manager and nothing happens

If you have installed, you're supposed to see by clicking the small arrow near the clock and if you want to keep in the taskbar, you click on Customize and you choose the icon and show the notifications

Reinstall it and install the Latest Realtek High Definition for windows 7 : Download

Is your audio working? If so, don't worry about it, it is not a 'problem'

install the latest vista driver that comes with the realtek hd audio controll pannel and all the featurs work i had the same problem the sound just isnt right till u install it n can mess with all the options
ps i am aware ur on win7

im freaking out I do not have any realtek icons anywhere just the driver I need the audio manager and I seriously can not find it anywhere I been on google torrent sites and I have been asking friends and NOTHING does ANYONE have the ac97 software or the HD Audio manager thingy a direct not broken link or have the actual file and can email it or send it to me some how?
