Drop down Menu of Address Book not working
  

I am using outlook express as my email client to view and my mails. I had all my contacts stored in the address book of outlook express. I am noticing a quiet different behavior in the address book. When i click in the search box address book it does not shows a list of names. Means its drop down list is not functioning. How to enable this list.

To view the names in the drop down list, you have to enable your Contacts
Folder as an email address book.
Launch Outlook Express. Then click on Tools. Select Address Book.
In the Address Book select Tools > Option
Select Outlook Address Book.
Restart the application.

First launch your Outlook Express.
Click on Go > Then click on Contacts
Right click on top of the screen of Contacts and choose Properties.
Click on the Outlook Address Book tab
Check on the box Show this folder as an e-mail address book.

To see the details of your choosen contacts in drop down list you need to do the following setting :
Open Outlook Express. Click on Tools Menu.
Then Select Option. Go to Mail setup > the E-mail Accounts option.
Select the Address Book tab.
Just check out whether your address book is listed or not. If not click on New to list your address book. Click Next > Add > Additional Address Books > Next > Outlook Address Book > OK > Finish
Restart your Outlook Express
