How to backup Mozilla Firefox Profiles in Windows 7

Hey Guys!
I have Windows XP as a default OS and Windows 7 too and i use Mozilla firefox as my default web broswer. I try a lot of Operating system on my computer so i require to take a backup of my profile so that i can use it on the new OS that i try. Is there a easy way to take and manage backups of my mozilla profile from Windows 7 with a software rather then doing it manually as i have been doing till date? I hope you guys have the answer... Looking forward for your help. Thanks in advance!
