How ot turn off the UAC feature of Windows Vista

I am using Window Vista in my Notebook. I upgraded it from xp to vista in the last month. I really annoyed with UAC control of this OS. Every time a window pop ups and ask to allow or disallow. It is also affecting my Antivirus. Everytime something new come up and the UAC thing get started. Just tell me how to stop this and will this affect my security settings.

Click on Start Menu > Control Panel > Type user account in the search box.
You see the "Turn User Account Control (UAC) on or off".
Click it and uncheck the box.
    Restart your comp.

By using command prompt you can easily enable and disable the UAC control.
    Disable UAC.
Open Command Prompt from start menu and type the following to disable it.
    C:\Windows\System32\cmd.exe /k %windir%\System32\reg.exe ADD HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System /v EnableLUA /t REG_DWORD /d 0 /f

If change your mind and want enable it again type the following in command prompt.
    C:\Windows\System32\cmd.exe /k %windir%\System32\reg.exe ADD HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System /v EnableLUA /t REG_DWORD /d 1 /f

After every effect you have restart the computer.

If you want to switch off UAC, still worry about the security , you can disable it for Administrator accounts only.
Type secpol.msc in the Start Menu search box and press enter
    And now navigate down to
Local Policies \ Security Options local-security-policy-uac-admins.png
Look out for the following in the list:
"User Account Control: Behavior of the elevation prompt for administrators in Admin Approval Mode" and double-click on it.
Choose the setting Elevate without prompting.
    This make your work easier.
