Error occured while writing Email in Outlook Express

I am not able to write mail in my Outlook Express. Whenever i tried to do so, i got the error message " Interface Not Registered "

Why is it so happening ?
Is is kinda related to my ISP or My PC

I am not able to save my mail's in Draft also.

Please advice some solutions..

Try to re-install your Ms office Version. This will resolve your the problem.

Well you need to register the Ole32.dll file to resolve this problem.

Do the following :

Click on Start Menu > Run. The Run dialog box will appear.
In the box, type the command
Regsvr32.exe %Windir%\System32\Ole32.dll

In the place of % type your local directory name after pressing space
For E.g ( Regsvr32.exe c/Windows/System32/ole32.dll )

Then press OK.

The following message will appear in the RegSvr32 dialog box:

DllRegisterServer in C:\WINDOWS\System32\ole32.dll succeeded.

After that in the RegSvr32 dialog box, click OK.
