Excel 2007: Need Macro at quick access toolbar

Hello, I am frequent user of Excel 2007 and excel macro as well. but every time when i need to work with mavro, i need to use it from dialog box options. It takes time and is difficult to access different macros each time. I saw a person having excel macro at the quick access toolbar of his Excel 2007. i would like to do the same. So could you guys tell me how to do that ? thanks in advance.

You can add excel macro to Quick Access Toolbar easily and run it by clicking that button. to do so, just go through this simple steps:-

• Click the Office Button and then click the Excel Options button.
  
  
• Click the Customize tab from the dialog box appeared.
  
  
• Under Choose commands from drop menu, choose Popular commands.
  
  
• Under Customize Quick Access Toolbar, make sure you have chosen For all documents which is usually chosen by default.Excel lists the names of all macros created in the current workbook and those saved in the PERSONAL.XLSB workbook in the Choose Commands From list box.
  
  
• From the list of commands on the left side, click View Macros, and Click Add.
  
  
• Click the macro name in the list box on the right and then click the Modify button.
  
  
• Select an icon to use for the button that will appear on the Quick Access toolbar to represent your macro.
  
  
• Click Ok
