Internet Explorer 8 Inactive Links and Blank Target

Hello,

i Have a windows Vista Computer From dell , I Have just installed Internet Explorer 8 on Windows Vista System, But i m having Problem With As the links in the mails and those Where target = "_blank" on web sites are inactive. Only the classic links open in same window function.
can You tell Me How can I Resolve this bug?

Hello ,

• Double-click the Internet Explorer icon to open WindowA. (WindowA does not have a name.)
• While you browse the Internet, you can click the hyperlink that uses the TARGET=NEW attribute. This action causes Internet Explorer to open the hyperlink in a window named "New". WindowA is nameless, therefore, Internet Explorer does not load the hyperlink in WindowA. Internet Explorer opens a new window, WindowB, named "New".
• While you browse in WindowA or WindowB, you can click another hyperlink that uses the TARGET=NEW attribute. Internet Explorer loads the hyperlink in WindowB (not a new Internet Explorer window) because the target is set to "New" and the name of WindowB is "New".

Hello , Your browser or computer may have anti-popup or ad-blocking settings which are interferring with the Links If you have one or more of these blockers, you may not be able to open links:

• on the homepage (or other pages of the site)
• to compose or open a discussion message
• to begin a quiz
• to open a chat room
• to compose or open an email

You Can try Disabling all your Addon , Hope it may help you

Hello , Well According to me The Solution Would be Obviously is related to installation , it might happen that installation of internet explorer is not done properly , You Can try reinstall It , with a new copy , It may work for You Thanks in Advance
