Cannot print from Microsoft Publisher

Hi all,
I have created a file in Microsoft Publisher. But when i give print command the nothing happens. Can anyone help me with this?

First of all check the printer settings are proper or not. Then check the drivers and update the drivers if required. Try to print other documents to check the printer is working fine.

I can print from all other office applications like word, excel, etc. and adobe, corel draw without any problem. So the printer is working with no problems. But the problem is with Microsoft Publisher . I can't print using Microsoft Publisher. Anyone help?

It may be because of PostScript Level 2. Your printer driver does support PostScript Level 2 (or later), but your printer driver is set to PostScript Level 1. To change PostScript Level, follow these steps:

• Click Page Setup on the File menu
• Click the Printer and Paper tab
• In the Name list, click the driver for the printer
• Click Properties
• On the Layout tab or the Paper/Quality tab, click Advanced
• Expand PostScript Options
• Change PostScript Language Level from 1 to 2 or 3

Reinstall the printer and set the printer as default. But don't select the print test page option at the end. I hope it work.
