    Vista OEM Licensing

I have an OEM Vista full, I bought a new hard drive. I installed on my PC ( HP laptop). So far everything was fine, 6 months are past, and my hard drive again broken.

My question, can I reinstall this license on a new disc
I heard that these licenses can not be installed only once.

    Thank you for your answers

I think so smoothly. It may bother when you change CPU or Mother board but that must pass.

Only at the validation it will surely get the message: the number of license for the facility is reached. We must in this case call for their windows to indicate that it is a simple relocation (change of HDD) for the invalid.

OEM licenses are tied to a hardware component of the computer. Most often it is the motherboard, but I read that the hard drives of major assemblers (HP. ..) were tattooed and that it could cause problems.

You should not have problems to use your license. That is attached as he was told the motherboard.
In the worst case, you will have to call Microsoft, but it is not even guaranteed.
