Than here is Add-in for Outlook to make this happen.SilentMail for Outlook will send you a copy of every email sent from any of your computers running Microsoft Outlook. The sender will not even know it.Silent Mail for Outlook copies the message from the Outbox mail folder, making the monitoring process invisible for the user.

No copies are left on the Sent Items folder, no visual graphics are installed on Outlook, fully invisible to the Outlook user.During the installation of Silent BCC for Outlook you also configure your monitoring settings and specify the email address where every outgoing email is copied.You can strike off certain users of the machine and allow their messages to go out without creating a BCC copy.

You can also switch off the Silent BCC plugin for some recipients by specifiing their e-mail addresses.The users can't turn off the plug-in or alter your settings. You can tweak the add-in to be copied on every outgoing e-mail or allow exceptions.

One should be glad to know whats going on with their organization and what emails are leaving you company. So its a great tool for the same. SilentMail Add-in has some great features as well:-

1. Allows exceptions for certain user accounts (user logins).
2. It can send BCC copies to several e-mail addresses.
3. You can protect your BCC settings with password.
4. The BCC settings can be exported to a .reg file and later on applied on another PC in a single click.
5. It is not in the COM Add-ins list in Outlook 2000, XP and 2003.
6. It is present in the COM Add-ins list in Outlook 2007, but cannot be switched off.
7. Cannot be unregistered using the regsvr32 command.
8. Allows exceptions for certain recipients based on e-mail addresses in the To /CC/ BCC fields.
9. Invisible in the system: no record either in Add or Remove programs, or in All programs.
10. The Silent BCC installation folder is hidden.
