have some video on my windows pc i want to know how i can Cropping this Videos . video files contain .avi and mpeg format so tell me how to Crop that on mac also as i have mac book pro thank you .

i think you can do that with windows movie maker but you will require codecs for that download it from web.

windows movie maker is not good option try boil soft avi-mpeg splitter which will allow you Cropping in any size and length it is easy to operate without any loss of data

your version of iMovie can help you to export the video via the File menu> Export> advanced settings, And you choose the size ,length , the number of frames per second, the compression codec encodes what you want ?
