How do you fix corrupt jpg files after recovering them?

I am trying to recover some pictures from my C:, it was deleted and then deleted from the Recycle Bin. I recovered it using a recovery software - I've found majority of the pictures but they are not viewable. Is there another software out there that can fix this? Please let me know...thank you in advance

You can even use JPEGsnoop for fixing this problem. See this JPEGsnoop version 1.3 to Identify If Pictures Are Original Or Edited
