Cannot Install Microsoft Office Accounting 2008

Hi,

yesterdat , Whem i was trying To install the Microsoft Office Accounting 2008 software it fail to install with the following error message:

"Setup failed to install the required component Microsoft SQL Server 2005 Express (MSSMLBIZ). Microsoft Office Accounting 2008 cannot continue. See C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\90\Setup Bootstrap\LOG\Summary.txt for more detail".

please help me Solve these problem thanks in Advance

hello , We Can Assume that your CPU is compatible with SQL 2005 Express, and no other program is using SQL on your machine, try removing SQL completely with the followingsteps, before running setup again.

From Control Panel -> Add/Remove Programs

• Select Microsoft SQL Server 2005, and click Remove.
• In the first dialog, make sure to select the "MSSMLBIZ: Database Engine" radio button.
• If MSSMLBIZ is the only instance, then select all check boxes in the
• Click Next and Finish to proceed with the uninstall.
• If you have other SQL instance, then stop here, reboot the machine, and try BCM setup.
• If there is no other SQL instanct, I would go on to clean out all SQL components with the following steps.
• From Add/Remove Programs, uninstall Microsoft SQL Server VSS Writer.
• Uninstall Microsoft SQL Server Setup Support Files.
• Uninstall MIcrosoft SQL Server Native Client.
• Restart the machine and try installation again again.

Uninstall this from control panel

• Microsoft SQL Server native client
  
• Microsoft SQL Server Setup Support files
  
• Microsoft SQL Server VSS writer

Moved directory C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\MSSQL.1 to another location for possible use.

Then delete everything under Microsoft SQL Server in c:\Program Files then try to ReinstalllThe hint from another message was that the ACLs have somehow got into a problem and it can't access them. So deleted the root directory and everything underneath it and let setup recreate it. This seems to have been an irrating problem that periodically occurs

on the Services Tab. In the lower right corner you'll see a "Services"
button. Keep this windows upen during the next step.Next uninstall all of the various SQL programs. There may be as many as 4
or 6. At some points during the unistall process you may be asked to end
some SQL services. Go back to the Task Manager/Services/Services window and end the processes as required, but just be sure to wait to be told which
processes to end.After you've uninstalled all of SQL programs you can close out all windows and restart your computer.Then go into My Computer to C:\Program Files. Move the Microsoft SQL Server folder to your Recycle Bin. Don't delete it from your computer just yet. Now restart your computer again.
After restarting, then Try reinstalling it
