    How to Wrap Text in Cells of Excel 2007

    I am using Ms office 2007 since a month. Whenever i type some long entry in Excel 2007, in a cell the text automatically spans into multiple columns. I need to wrap it in a single cell, So that one can see the total text without clicking on it. I hope you got what i want to explain.

    So i need to know how can i wrap a cell in Excel 2007 ? please help..

    Hey its very simple, Just select the cell or multiple cells you want to wrap. Than go to the Ribbon , in Alignment group select Wrap text.


    Thats it... You will see your all your text in a single cell

    Or you can try this as well:-
    • Select the cell you want to wrap.
    • Right click on it and select option "Format Cell"
    • When the Format Cells window appears, select the Alignment tab. Check the "Wrap text" checkbox.
    • Return to the spreadsheet, the selected text should be wrapped.

    I use to do this in Excel 2003 but wanted know this in 2007. Thanks for sharing this tip..
