Yeah, you can add the other time zone to the Outlook 2007 calendar for a quick reference guide. And its much simple:-

    1. In your Microsoft Outlook client, click on Tools menu and then on Options.

    2. Click Calendar Options.

    3. Click on Time Zone.

    4. Select the Show an additional time zone check box.

    5. In the Label box, type a description. Usually, this is filled in with the name of the place.

    6. In the Time zone box, list the time zone you want to add.

    7. If you want your computer clock to automatically adjust for daylight saving time changes, select the Adjust for daylight saving time check box. This option is available only in time zones that use daylight saving time (DST).

You can try this as well :-

    • Open up your Outlook calendar and then right-click on the time grid on the left hand side, choosing "Change Time Zone".
    • Click and mark the checkbox for "Show an additional time zone", which is what will allow you to display the second timezone next to the first one.
    • You'll want to use the labels for each time zone as a friendly name.
    • You could use Central and Pacific, or even just the name of the office if you felt like it.
    • Now you'll see the extra time zone on the left side of the calendar. This should work in each of the calendar views.
