Corefoundation.dll missing in Photoshop CS3

I was using from 10.3 to use photoshop cs3. then I upgraded to OS 10.4, but the execution is not a moment. When running
Plug-in and read the menu from the window ,

Note that the program was stopped and a crash window appears. How to solve.

I do not know.

Photoshop CS .. Plug-in folder, open the folder in a folder to the relevant file in Photoshop and Photoshop run pulled. Try again later.

I've been in the past had a similar problem.

I had the same problem using OnOneSoftware's PhotoFrame plug-in in CS2 and tried moving over to CS3 I couldn't get it to work. I'd get a window saying that another .dll was missing. I removed the plug-in from CS3 and that is about the time the Corefoundation.dll problem appeared. As of now the plug in folder is free of any plug in's with the word 'core' in them.
