Re: Printing Error "Insufficient memory to complete operation"

I Have seen this problem with many of the user, most of them fail to check printer setting :

So check the following is set to the printer :

Check under the advanced print settings and make sure, spooling is checked and not print directly to printer.

Re: Printing Error "Insufficient memory to complete operation"

Download the latest printer drivers for your printer

Based on which version of Office you have, Office 97 had Service Releases 1, and 2b, which you should install. If Office 2000....go to office.microsoft.com and download patches (have your Office install CD handy)

Temporarly test disabling your anti-virus real time protection, to rule out that getting in the way. Some printer drivers don't like anti-virus real time protection sniffing the windows\spool directory, you can exclude that directory if it gets in the way.

Speaking of anti-virus...is you system fully up to date with the latest in protection, definitions, and scanned?

Ad-aware to clean up junk that's accumed over time?
