    Error Message : One or more Activex controls could not be displayed

    Hi friends,

    I am getting an error message, whenever i am trying to send or forward any messages from my Outlook.I am getting the following error message as follows.
    • Error message :One or more Active X controls could not be displayed


    Can anyone help me out with this error message.

    Sure i will help you out with this i was also facing such kind of issue i try to recreate the Signature in the email-senders Outlook and my issue got fixed.Hope it works for you too.

    I also getting this error message when i am trying to use Office 2003 Word as my email editor.

    Try to reset normal.dot by renaming it to .old , do this after closing your Outlook.

    Thanks for replying me , I am not able to find normal.dot file. Can you provide me the path where i can rename this file.

    Sure i will help you out with this following are the path for it.

    1. For Windows Vista : C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Templates\

    2. For Windows XP: C:\Documents and Settings\%username%\Application Data\Microsoft\Templates\
