Excel's Time Capture ("Insert a static date or time") Function:
Is it possible to have it capture times down to the second?
Greetings!
I have just discovered the "Insert a static date or time" function (details below) in Excel and am equally exited and frustrated, due to the fact that I cannot get it to capture the time down to the seconds place. It only goes as far as minutes.
Is there a way to customize or otherwise adjust something in either Windows XP or in Excel to allow the capture of 'up-to-the-second' times from within excel using this command?

Insert a static date or time
1. On a worksheet, select the cell into which you want to insert the current date or time.
2. Do one of the following:
-- To insert the current date, press CTRL+; (semi-colon).
-- To insert the current time, press CTRL+SHIFT+; (semi-colon).
-- To insert the current date and time, press CTRL+; (semi-colon), then press SPACE, and then press CTRL+SHIFT+; (semi-colon).

Thanks,
Rob
