Excel formula

Hi,
IM trying to create a formula in excel xp 2007 to read results from a table and input the right answer into a cell in distribution chart, does anyone know how to do this? Ive attached a print screen of the worksheet I'm working from. The red highlighted cells are the cells which form the result which needs to be inputted into the MAX Z column, the last column on the end of the chart.

Could anyone help please it's way above me.
