explorer.exe problem win xp sp2

Hello to all,

Here I will explain my problem ... on my pc (win xp sp2) I have two users: if I log in with user1 things go well (at least, most of the time ..), otherwise if I log in with user2 most times I get an error message explorer.exe, or we make a life to boot, or it is as if the opening proceeded in increments.

By user1 I have no problem to open internet explorer, but with user2 when launching the browser seems to stop momentarily before you start (at least thirty seconds), then starts up and no more problems. If I close and reopen the same builds.
I know that internet explorer and explorer.exe are different things, but might in some way to deal with one another and give me these problems?
These problems started from day to day, but I had installed new programs or hardware.

you tried to check for a virus to have contact with the user 2? might otherwise be a problem of svchost ... when trying to make a good anti-virus scan with about 2

I did the scan as I have suggested, I found 2 trojan but I know that not being done because the defect is always present

If you are infected with only a few trojan , just do a cleansing and purification with the three musketeers CCleaner, Malwarebytes and NOD32.

If the prombem persists, then the block the user settings, a few wrong steps may messed up everything, so you create third user data after eliminating the second.

which could have been a wrong way to get affected? I never touched the system files because they do not know anything so that the risk of doing damage is very high!
