Cannot play Sound in Power Point 2007

I am facing an issue with my Power Point presentation.I have made a Power point presentation in Office 2007 everything is working fine except i am not able to hear the sound.I don't know what's wrong with it.

Can anyone help me out with this issue.

Sure i will help you out with this before that may i know which file extension have you used in your presentation.

I have added .wav file in my Presentation.

i was also facing similar type of issue because PowerPoint simply creates a link to the sound file on your computer rather than embedding the sound file into the presentation. If you then move your presentation to another computer or email it, the sound file is still located on your computer and not within the presentation.
