PLease Help!! windows Vitsa counterfeiting Again!!!

I have Windows Vist and it says i am a victim of windows countereiting. and i need a new product key. The only way i can access my internet is by clicking the option access your computer with reduced founctionality. I CANT access anything else. how can i resolve this???

plz help vecause i really need to get my work done.
