Best Free .rar converter

Hello Everybody,

I would like to know that which is the best free .rar converter. There are many .RAR archive files on my system and i would like to convert them in to normal files. Can any body suggest me the best .rar converter? Do any one have any idea about this issue? Kindly suggest me your views.
