Resize C drive using Symantec Norton Partition Magic 8

I want to resize my partition C: in which Windows Xp is installed. This will cause a resize of a local disk D:, E: (there are already data to the interior). Is this possible? (Without losing data) Can see there is a risk of crashing?

Yes it is possible by partitioning software like Partition Magic. However, I would advise you Acronis Partition Manager, more efficient and less buggy.

You have already practice on your pc? I enlarged the C:, it will reduce what local disk? I'm the one who should define it?

Yes, it's up to you to define how you want to enlarge the partition C:

You're going to define yourself to get space in D: or E: or even a little in the two discs.

Well, I just changed the software PowerQuest partition magic 8.0 which is buggy, I met error 117.

I installed the Acronis Disk Director Suite 10, I made the manip to enlarge the C:, but when you start appears an error message "unable to resize partition with bad blocks"

If you have an idea of this problem, do not hesitate to respond

Always perform a scandisk (chkdsk) of your disk before you partition.
