Tally Permissions

Can u plz tell me what are the tally permission which should be given to user to work tally without any error......

dont think tally software has any inbuilt user permissions are you talking about Operating system permissions windows nt, windows xp, windows vista or windows 2003 ?

what os are you using and what permissions does the user in your OS has

Dear,
Alt + F3 -> Security Control -> Users and passwords (Set the user name and password along with level of the user) and ctrl + A.

Then, Alt + F3 -> Security Control -> Types of security -> Select the pre-defined security or create the new ones and assign it with the data entry for the clients and owner for the administrator and ctrl + A.

now restart the tally.

one, more thing, the firewall on the server side should be off, and on/off on the client side.

Ok, Now, check it and revert back to me.
