How to restore only one item since Syncback

For a certain time I use SyncBack to regularly make safeguards on an external hard drive, of “My documents” and my “Programs” (software). I would like to recover (to restore) only one program which I lost. Possible ext. this? How to make. Would you have a suggestion?

    Thank you for your assistance.

    you have two possibility…

1 - you will seek it in your safeguard and you recopy it in the place or you lost it

2 - you use the function “restore” of SyncBack

You say: “Do My Programs”, you want to say what precisely???

    You ProgramsFiles copies?

One cannot restore an application like that, when a program settles, it copies, via his Setup, of the files in ProgramsFiles but also in other Windows repertories with key of bond in the Windows register
