What is Ultramon ?

Recently, I heard about an application called Ultramon related to display technology. What is it and for what it is meant for ?
Can anyone provide me the information about Ultramon

UltraMon is a commercial application for Microsoft Windows users who use multiple displays. UltraMon is developed by Realtime Soft, a small software development company based in Bern, Switzerland.

UltraMon is distributed as trialware, requiring the user to purchase the software after a trial period(30 Days).

Currently UltraMon 3.0 Beta 4 is available with Vista support and is finally almost as stable as the XP version of the tool.
Using the XP version on Vista is possible: UltraMon will do the job without any problem, but the special icons in the title bar are not always visible. Using hot keys will always work.
