I burned a CD of MPEG Layer 3 audio files and I want to convert them to mp3 (for my stereo). But I do not know how to do .. Could someone help me?

F.Y.I. Mp3 is short hand for "MPEG-1 Audio Layer 3." ...the MPEG 3 Layer 3 Audio format... doesn't exist. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mp

Hello ,
My system is quite old, but I already made conversion to MP3 and play on my stereo without problems.
The concern is that I did this once a year and I can not remember how I did ... But it does not seem to me the other times have downloaded music in the format above (ie layer3 mpeg audio file ... in my list of songs to burn, there are also suspicious of windows file).

good evening,
if your plays stereo mp3 you should choose to burn a data cd. if it does not read MP3 file, then burn an audio cd. (I'm talking of Nero )
