How to setup a second email account

Hi friends,

I have already set up one email account with Outlook and successfully
assigned to it's user where he can send and receive mails .But I can't find the way to set up an assigned a Second email account as of the first one.

I am using Outlook 2000 fro the time being or for that you i need to contact my ISP for this issue.
