Antivirus Software For Portable Devices

I am in a big trauma. I have the best antivirus for detecting the virus and malicious programs inside my computer; but i am helpless in case of portable device. I have an ipod, 300 gb portable HDD and thus is very much scared as if any file or malicious user affect these gadgets, then there may be a case that i have to format these gadgets.

Can anyone provide me few good portable antivirus programs
