MSN error code 1603

Hi friends,
I downloaded msn messenger. But when i was installing, i got the error setup error code 1603. I cannot uninstall it. Can anyone help me solving this?

Try un-installing MSN Messenger completely from your computer and then re-install MSN Messenger to fix this issue. To un-install MSN messenger, please perform the following steps:
In the notification area, right-click the MSN Messenger icon, and then click Sign Out.

• Click Start, and then click Control Panel.
• Click Add or Remove Programs, and then verify that Change or Remove Programs is selected in the upper-left part of the screen.
• In the list of programs, select MSN Messenger
• Then click Remove
• If you are prompted to confirm that you want to remove the program, click Yes.

Try following:

• Click Start =>Run
• Type msiexec /unreg and press enter and wait until it appears to have finished. Go back to Start =>Run
• Type msiexec /regserver and press enter
• Try to install MSN Messenger again

Also go to C:\documents and settings\all users\application data\microsoft\ Then select the folder "IdentityCRL" remove the folder. Since the error is occurring due to "ppcrlconfig.dll" directory correction. Then run the setup.

Here is one more fix you can try:

• Find C:\WINDOWS\WinSxS
• Rename the folder "InstallTemp" to "InstallTemp2".
• Then Rename the file

  to

  "x86_Microsoft.Windows.Networking.Dxmrtp_6595b6414 4ccf1df_5.2.0.4868_x-ww_212f7d9e2"

• And try to install again.
