    Make sure you are meeting the game system requirements. Game requires Macromedia Flash Player 8.0 or higher. If you have an older version of the player installed, you will need to update your current version. Go to http://www.adobe.com/downloads/ and click Macromedia Flash Player. Click Install Now and follow the directions to install the latest version of Macromedia Flash Player. You can verify your flash player here.

    Just try to reinstall messenger again and update everything. Then open Internet Explorer =>Internet Options =>Under temporary internet file =>click settings =>view objects. In the downloaded programs folder you will see active X components for the games. If any component looks like:
    {F6BF0D00-0B2A-4A75-BF7B-F385591623AF}
    It is corrupted and needs to be removed. You can right click a file and choose properties to see if the Active X Control indicates a codebase of http://messenger.zone.msn.com. This will tell you if the active X is related to MSN Messenger Games or another program you may have installed. To remove a corrupted Active X Component, right click the file and choose delete from the menu. Then Uninstall/reinstall Messenger.

    Windows temporarily stores (caches) Internet files on your system in the Temporary Internet Files folder. If this folder is full or files within it become corrupted, the game may have problems loading. Periodically emptying this folder can improve the performance of your Internet browser. Check your system for anti-virus software or Internet security software, including anti-pop-up software, and try disabling this software.
