Activated Windows deactivates

Hi friends,

I am facing an issue with my PC.I don't know what has happen to it whenever i am opening a new window and while i am working on it after few seconds that windows get deactivate.

Intel Core 2 Duo 2.8 Ghz
G31 Asrock Motherboard with Intel chipset
2gb RAM
256 Nvidia Graphic Card
200gb HDD

I am using Windows XP SP 2.

It seems that your PC is being Affected by a Malware or a worm.I would suggest you to get the latest Antivirus download and run it,if you issue gets solve than it's good or last you need to reinstall your Windows.
