    Diaporama Power Point 2007

    Hello,

I just created a slideshow using Microsoft Office Power Point 2007, I followed the procedure as necessary, except that it contains 36.6 Mb. .. it's too heavy to be sent by email .... How to reduce or compress so that it is less heavy and I can send it by email?

    Thank you!

The best way to send a file of this size is to host it on a site and send the link to that file to be downloaded by anyone.

You create an account and used with a password, you upload the file, then you send the link or by e-mail, or messenger and you can worry later used for photos, videos, Word documents, PowerPoint or other.

I make you notice that the person who will receive your PowerPoint PowerPoint must be installed in his computer to watch, if the person does not have PowerPoint you can install PowerPoint Viewer on the Microsoft site.

This is correct for what you say to me, but I do not answer all the way to my request,,, I regularly receive slideshows PPS say ... and when I save them they are between 1.0 MB and 3.0 MB ... how the sender has to make a PPS with images and music have assumed that 1.0 MB ...

    Does my question is clear

Sure that the images were less severe.
I also think, not sure that it is possible to request PowerPoint compress images.

A person who is familiar with PowerPoint will be able to answer them.

The slideshow is a test that I was only 6 photos that are not total more than 4.0 MB and the rest would be the son (or 32.0 MB), which would increase my Slide ... yet it is. WAV

not easy to understand, I will wait for other answers or suggestions
