Print a selection of cells in MS Excel (row / column)?

Hello All,

Please tell me , In Excel how can we print a selection of cells (row / column)?
Example when I try to make the next selection (define print area): B13, E15, B17, E18, B20, E25, B27, D28

I can print only a B13, E15

Hi,
You simply select the cells you want to print, then press CTRL+P (Print) you do print and there you choose "selection" instead of "worksheet".

You can use a clean sheet in excel where you consolidate all your data you want to print. To transfer data from one cell to another, just in the new worksheet.

So you can print your new worksheet with your data.
