I am having problems loading games, when i go to play any game it pops up a window that i am having an error with my prism3d.exe. I don't know why this is happening. please gine me some help.

What is the Exact error message? What Operating System you using?

The only other thing than Graphic card updating I can suggest is:
1. You graphics card (undisclosed) is problematic for this game
2. The game installed itself incorrectly and/or needs updates/patches.

Download Prism3d.exe then reinstall, hope this will help. good luck
