Software to rename multiple files

I have in my hard drive multiple videos, they are sorted by series and season. Each file is called by the name of the series and the number of the episode. Knowing that I have all the titles of the series in a txt file, is there a software that would allow me to rename each file with the title of the episode? The ideal would be to have a format like this: (name of series) (episode number) (title of the episode).avi

Actually at the base I do not burn, but over time my video folder take more and more space and I am not far from the 1000 files.

According to this tips, select all files and press F2 to rename. Hope that helps.
