Problem with Spiral Orbit TestBugID1

I have seen that I am not alone facing this problem. I have attempted to remove it but it failed. I have also tried to access the spiral orbit site but the site doesnt exist as per windows care center. What exactly is this program, can anyone tell me. I need help, Thank you

I'm having the same problem! It slows down your computer and sometimes freezes it and/or randomly closes internet windows! I've also been experiencing problems with yahoo messenger and aim! I've done my research on TestBugID1 and no one seems to know what it is or how to fix it. I called Geek Squad and they said it is most likely a virus. I'm surprised my virus scan didn't pick anything up though. It's nowhere to be found on my computer. The Geek Squad agent kept insisting that I set up an appointment with someone who can fix it, but I don't want to spend 300 bucks. Before that he asked if I had any of the backup system disks or something? Not sure what that means. :/
